The client needed to align its priorities and resources for the launch of a new cell therapy for an orphan disease

To support the client in understanding the prelaunch critical success factors and priority tactics to prepare for the successful launch of a cell therapy for an orphan indication
A two-day virtual workshop was delivered leveraging in-depth pre-read materials to facilitate the identification of drivers/barriers for patient access, market externalities and critical success factors for launch. This was used to inform tactical objectives that were synthesised into a final asset plan
The interactive workshop and production of the detailed asset plan enabled the team to plan effectively for the next 2-3 years prior to marketing authorisation, ensuring the launch teams and local markets are well positioned to maximise patient access for an important step change in therapy
