Job purpose

As Stakeholder Engagement Manager/Senior Manager you will provide recruiting and stakeholder outreach expertise to support the growth, maintenance, and further development of our community network.

Main responsibilities

Overall support with resourcing and project operations

  • Support the consulting team with project delivery, ensuring sample sourcing issues are identified and mitigated in good time
  • Advise the consulting team on project recruitment feasibility for the markets in scope
  • Develop and implement SOPs and processes, document control and quality assurance practices

 

Delivery of primary research programmes

  • Manage the Lightning Insights platform, facilitating research programs through the digital tool on a project-by-project basis
  • Program online surveys on the Lightning Insights platform
  • Lead the recruitment for interview programs, advisory boards online surveys and focus groups within given the given budget and timelines
  • Initiate the honoraria payments processing and by working closely with the finance team ensure stakeholders are paid in a timely manner

 

Support with growing the stakeholder network

  • Liaise and actively engage with prospective stakeholders to recruit and expand Lightning Health’s stakeholder network and create strong relationships with existing stakeholders
  • Create and implement a strategy plan for stakeholder network renewal and growth
  • Design and implement stakeholders outreach initiatives
  • Lead the recruitment of stakeholders in core research panels (digital healthcare, vaccines etc.)
  • Provide alternative recruitment approaches and assess new technologies for recruitment. Support the development of new ways to recruit stakeholders, test new concepts, and provide feedback
  • Manage and update the stakeholder database and develop/execute metrics for tracking/coordinating stakeholders’ outreach and initiatives
  • Manage the stakeholder onboarding process

 

Maintain high professional standards

  • Maintain good communication across the leadership team and project managers to ensure visibility on the project’s recruitment progress
  • Communicate professionally with external stakeholders such as key opinion leaders, payers, patients and patients/patient advocacy groups and other key individuals across global healthcare systems

 

Depending on the candidate’s experience, this role can be at a Manager or Senior Manager level

Skills and qualifications
  • Minimum undergraduate degree in life sciences, marketing, or business
  • Prior experience in an operational/management role
  • Prior experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector is desired but not preferred
  • Prior experience with recruiting and/or interviewing healthcare providers and/or panel development desired but not preferred
  • Prior experience with project management software desired but not preferred
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the market research/market access environment including guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Proven track record of working to tight and conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Experience with recruiting patients/patient advocacy groups is a plus
