Q: Tell us about you

A: I graduated from my bachelor studies in Economics and joined Bocconi University to complete a master’s in Healthcare Management, Economics and Policy. This has led me to work in Health Economics and Market Access roles both in consulting agency and the pharmaceutical sector. Through my previous roles, I gained experience in economic evaluations, including in primary and secondary research for supporting HTA submissions. I’m highly motivated by the vision of accelerating patient access to novel health technologies, especially in a complex and highly regulated environment such as healthcare.

Outside of work, I love to do CrossFit and dedicate time for fitness. I also enjoy exploring art exhibitions around London and new places with culinary delicacies.

Q: What is your role at Lightning Health?

A: My role focusses on helping our clients to gain access to on-demand insights from our global network of payer and physician stakeholders using the API platform. This includes liaising with experts, to analyse their views and perceptions to create actionable insights. Additionally, I’m engaged with strategic market access and pricing activities to support our client’s commercial activities.

With the continuous growth of Lightning Health, I hope to get involved in broader aspects of the business and help to expand further our areas of expertise.

Q: Why did you want to work here?

A: In a highly regulated environment and with the cost-cutting trend in the healthcare sector, it is essential that the payer’s perspective is taken on-board early on. Lightning Health’s consulting services and the API platform are dedicated to forming successful market access recommendations supported and tested by expert stakeholders. This makes the company extremely attractive to young professionals who are seeking great development opportunities. I was particularly interested to be exposed to different projects and that was something Lightning Health offers with the vast array of the projects that they have across the product lifecycle from pre-launch to post-launch phase.

As a young professional, I like to be part of an agile team that can easily adapt to client’s needs. This gives me the chance to closely collaborate and learn from experienced professionals which allow for further development.
