This research aims to evaluate the architecture and global implications of the 2025 US MFN pricing policy, examining how it reshapes international pricing dynamics and access incentives. It finds that while MFN lowers US drug prices, it shifts pricing pressure onto ex-US markets, increasing launch delays and R&D contraction risks that may widen global health inequities unless corrective safeguards are introduced.
